How long does it take to complete my order?

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. Please take this into account for special occasions.

Please remember that delivery times are out of my control.

Shipping

All international orders are shipped with Correos de México Registered Mail and may take between 3 to 8 weeks to arrive depending on location or season. Please consider these times when ordering for special occasions.

Shipping costs include postage and tracking number.

Although all packages have a tracking number, this does not mean that the post office in your country will update your shipment's status. A package won't be considered lost or missing until two months after the expected delivery date has passed.

Do you offer shipping upgrades?

If you want a faster shipping method, you can upgrade to MexPost's service or courier service (FedEx, DHL) of your choice with an additional charge. Please contact me before placing your order.

  • Mexico: 3-5 business days
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-6 weeks
  • North America: 2-6 weeks
  • Europe: 3-8 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-8 weeks
  • Asia Pacific: 4-8 weeks
  • North Africa and the Middle East: 4-8 weeks
  • Sub-Saharan Africa: 4-8 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Digital Downloads

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Your receipt email will include the download link.

Returns & exchanges

Above all, I want you to be happy! I try to photograph and describe my items accurately. If you have any problems with an item, please contact me as soon as you receive it to discuss a return.

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition; the buyer is responsible for any value loss.

Do you make customized dolls?

Sorry, I don't currently offer customized dolls.

Can you make a Frozen, Star Wars, Harry Potter, or any other Movie-TV-Comic character into a cat doll?

No, it would be a copyright violation.
