How long will it take for my order to be completed?

Preparation time for shipping varies. For more details, please see each item.

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. Please keep this in mind for special occasions.

Please remember that delivery times are not under my control.

Shipment

All international orders are shipped via Correos de México (Mexican Postal Service) registered mail and may take between 3 and 8 weeks to arrive, depending on location and season. Please keep these delivery times in mind when placing your order for special occasions.

Shipping costs include postage and tracking number.

Although all packages have a tracking number, this does not mean that your country's postal service will update the status of your shipment. A package will not be considered lost or missing until two months after the expected delivery date.

Do they offer superior shipping options?

If you would like faster shipping, you can choose MexPost or your preferred courier service (FedEx, DHL) for an additional fee. Please contact me before placing your order.

Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-6 weeks
North America: 2-6 weeks
Europe: 3-8 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-8 weeks
Asia Pacific: 4-8 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 4-8 weeks
Sub-Saharan Africa: 4-8 weeks

I will do my best to meet these shipping deadlines, but I cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Digital downloads

Your files will be available for download once payment is confirmed. Your receipt email will include the download link.

Returns and exchanges

Above all, I want you to be happy! I try my best to photograph and describe my items accurately. If you have any problems with an item, please contact me as soon as you receive it to discuss a return.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition; the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you make custom dolls?

Sorry, I don't currently offer custom dolls.

Can a character from Frozen, Star Wars, Harry Potter, or any other movie, series, or comic be turned into a cat doll?

No, that would be a copyright violation.
